The old Platinum website was in poor condition when platinum contacted BlueSphere. Over half of the products had broken images which were not displaying correctly. Additionally, Platinum was using Paypal as their primary form of payment gateway for accepting credit cards. BlueSphere developed the a comprehensive proposal to:

1. Build a solid working infrastructure for the website
2. Implement a new fresh web design
3. Apply a proper Payment Gate way and Merchant account from Authorize.net
4. Incorporate Search Engine Optimization techniques to improve rankings on Google search results
5. Build and Maintain Pay Per Click advertising campaigns
6. Add analytical tools to improve and target successful "keyword" campaigns

Company owner and propiertor Mitch Edwards was initially impressed by BlueSphere's sales presentation and opted for a dynamic style site with a dramatic "movie style" opening sequence page. BlueSphere created a flash based site that opens with a dynamic intro page followed by an information packed website.

Headquartered in Dallas, TX, is a full-service pre-employment screening agency, provides employers throughout the Metroplex information to allow them to make informed hiring decisions in less than 60 minutes for less than $70. Basic services provided by FC Background include criminal records checks, social security number verification, a general knowledge test, a five-panel drug screen and customized photo ID badging.

The owners are desiring a simple yet functional website that will mostly be comprised of information about H.R. Firstcontact's services.
